FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: stand has mounting plate and output shaft with flywheel. Hydraulic transmission is made stepless. Output shaft rotating mechanism is manufactured in form of upper and lower spiral gears mounted mutually perpendicularly, swinging nut with screw tie-rod and control fork positioned on pump roller. Lower gear includes swinging nut provided with external recess in which vacant end of lock is arranged. Screw tie-rod is passed through swinging nut and hinge-connected to control fork. Measuring unit is placed above output shaft. Oil and fuel tanks are made removable. EFFECT: reduced specific amount of metal. 7 cl, 4 dwg
