SUBSTANCE: heater has three pairs of phase and passive electrodes 1,2 with pipe connections 3 forming annular chambers 4 and mounted on cover 5 carrying chamber 6 through insulators 7; it also has case 8 with cylinder 9 as well as inlet and outlet pipes 10,11. Annular chambers 4 communicate with chamber 6 through pipe connections 3 and sleeves 12 and with pipe 11, through pipeline 13 incorporating valve 14.
