SUBSTANCE: helio-wind water heater includes solar water heater connected through pipeline with heat exchanger mounted in lower portion of accumulating tank; wind generator and self-controlled heat source with displacing reservoir. IN self-controlled heat source electrode group of electric network and wind-generator electrode group are mounted; said electrode groups are connected respectively to electric mains and to wind generator in such a way that lower point of electric-network electrode group is arranged at higher level than upper point of wind-generator electrode group.
EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of heating water, improved operational reliability of heater.
