FIELD: TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: complete input video signal is added to noise suppression signal in order to produce first video signal, which has decreased noise level and is displayed in time periods which are multiple 1) to single line minus half cycle of color carrier, 2) single line, and 3) to single line plus half cycle of color carrier in order to generate respective first, second and third delayed signals. First and third delayed signals are added in order to generate averaged signal, from which subtraction unit subtracts complete input video signal. Resulted difference signal is clipped in order to produce signal suppression signal. First video signal with decreased noise and second delayed video signal are added in output circuit in order to produce separated output signals for brightness and color.
