FIELD: waste water treatment. SUBSTANCE: oily waste water is successively treated by settlement in equalizing accumulator and then in hydrocyclone to isolate concentrate of petroleum products and concentrates of suspended substances. Water is thereafter filtered on filter filled with polyurethane foam charge and then purified on electrochemical filter by passing water in downward direction through mixture of aluminum and iron granules (from 3: 7 to 7:3), then siliconated calcite as mineral grainy filter material, and activated carbon as carbon-containing material, ratio of bed heights being 1: (7-10): (1-2). Oil concentrate after centrifugal treatment in amount 1 to 10% of the volume of treated water is dehydrated by filtration on hydrophobic filter. Concentrate of suspended substances (1-10% of the volume of water) and precipitate from equalizing accumulator are dehydrated on sludge areas. Final purification of water is carried out on sorption filter charged with activated carbon to produce water with stable maximum permissible concentration of oil.
