FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is related to treatment of stable emulsified crude oils and used oil sludge in oil and gas producing and processing industries. The invention is referred to method for treatment of stable emulsified crude oils and used oil sludge that includes heating by water steam, sedimentation until water content in oil sludge does not exceed 50 wt %, removal of oil products in order to produce oil fuel. Oil sludge is preheated up to temperature of 55-60°C settled; thereafter water is drained and oil sludge is heated up to temperature of 100-102°C during 48-72 hours, water is evaporated till residual water content reaches 1 wt %; then oil product is drained and water separated during settlement and condensed steam are mixed up and separated into water, mechanical impurities and oil products by centrifugal forces; thereafter water is treated by electroflotation, subsequent filtering through hydrocarbon fibrous materials and active carbons and posttreated through mineral particulate materials; at that filtering in active carbons is carried out in an electric filed created by electrochemical sources and watered oil products extracted by centrifugal forces and electroflotation are dewatered by sedimentation and mixed with the main stream of dewatered oil products and watered mechanical impurities are dewatered at sludge beds.

EFFECT: production of hydrocarbon product with low water content, disposal of mechanical impurities and oil-containing waste water.
