FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of any concrete sort (heavy-weight, lighten-weight, light-weight) and solutions with addition and can be used in production of concrete and reinforced concrete articles at negative temperatures. Addition for concrete mixture has postyeast mash and modifying agent. Addition has granulated material with density 1.1 g/cm2 as modifying agent taken in the amount 4.5 ± 0.5 wt. -% in the form of calcium-magnesium alumosilicates taken in the amount 90 wt. -%, not less, and electrolyte NaNO2 taken in the amount 1.0 ± 0.2 wt.-%. The new addition for concrete mixture provides working at lower temperature (-25 C). EFFECT: increased strength of concrete in early and rated age, enhanced resistance to cold. 3 cl, 1 tbl
