FIELD: manufacture of concrete products both in civil and industrial engineering. SUBSTANCE: heat-insulating concrete comprises cement, sand, foam-forming additive, and water. Said heat- insulating concrete further comprises finely divided metallurgical production slag with elongation of 1500 sq cm/g which is solid solution of gelenite 2CaO•Al2O3•SiO2 with okermanite 2CaO•MgO•2SiO2. Foam-forming additive consists of sodium aboetate C19H29COONa•3C19H29COOH, KOH, hide glue, and water, with the following ratio of compounds, wt.%: sodium abietate C19H29COONa•3C19H29COOH, 37; KOH, 8.4; hide glue, 13; and water, 41.6. Sand is sandy loam comprising sedimentary rock consisting of SiO2 of at least 80 % and clay of 20 %, specific surface of sandy loam of at least 120.0 sq cm/g, and chemical additive with pH of 5.5-6, ratios of components being as follows, wt.%: cement, 38-42; sandy loam, 24-28; finely divided metallurgical production slag, 11-13; chemical additive with pH of 5.5-6, 0.3-0.5; foam-forming additive, 0.3-0.5; and water, 22.4-20.0.
