FIELD: construction of oil and gas wells. SUBSTANCE: invention is related to devices intended for intensified dissolution of chemical reagents in liquids, for activation of stale cement and dispersing of powdery and granulated materials used in construction of wells. Hydraulic powder dispenser includes stepped hollow body with connecting threads on ends and is provided with barrel placed concentrically and with clearance on its bigger step. Bottom of barrel faces outlet of smaller step and its open end is attached to bigger step by thread. Extension piece is put into hole of barrel bottom. Axis of hole in barrel bottom is matched with axis of body. Two other extension pieces are installed in side holes of barrel made in diametrically opposite directions. Axes of these two extension pieces are perpendicular to central axis of body. Distance from outlet section of first extension piece to point of encounter with axes of two other extension pieces is chosen from following relationship: L=(5-:-6)Dн, where L is optimum distance from outlet section of first extension piece to point of encounter with axes of two other extension pieces, mm; Dн is diameter of outlet hole of extension piece, mm.
