FIELD: water treatment.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to emulsion and suspension dispersion and can be used in water treatment in flotation plants, for ground water aeration, in chemical techniques, construction and for intensifying chemical agents dissolution. A disperser comprises a housing with a feeding nozzle and a withdrawing branch pipe. A baffle made as a cylinder with through lengthwise slots in its side surface is mounted inside the housing perpendicular to the nozzle axis. The cylinder base turned to the feeding nozzle is matching the bases of wedge-shaped elements with their operating faces forming the ribs turned to the disperser housing axis, their third faces are spaced from the housing by the distance equal to the height of through lengthwise slots and are bevelled so that the ribs limiting the third face of the wedge-shaped element are shorter than the rib turned to the disperser housing axis. A cone with a vertex directed to the withdrawing branch pipe is adjoining the other cylinder base. The cone base diameter is equal to the distance between the opposite through lengthwise slots.

EFFECT: increasing dispersion quality.
