SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the devices used for dispersion in the flow of the moving low-viscosity liquid of the gas bubbles or of the liquid, the powdery or of the granular materials and may be used in the fields of the water treatment, chemical technology, construction. The dispenser contains the body with the feeding nozzle, the outlet fitting pipe and the barrier mounted perpendicularly to the axis of the feeding nozzle. The barrier is made in the form of the cylinder, in the lateral surface of which there are the through lengthwise grooves. On the bearing of the cylinder facing the feeding nozzle there are the pyramids. Their apexes are directed to the center of the base of the cylinder, and their bases are spaced from the body by the distance equal to the height of the through lengthwise grooves. The cone adjoins with its base to the other base of the cylinder. The apex of the cone is directed to the side of the outlet fitting pipe. The cone base diameter is equal to the spacing interval between the bases of the oppositely directed pyramids. The technical result of the invention consists in improvement of the quality of dispersion at the expense of creation of the high and equal by volume force actions on the dispersed impurities.
