FIELD: manufacturing technology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the dust-collecting technique and can be used in the chemical, textile, food, light and other industries. Result is achieved in a vortex dust collector containing a cylindrical chamber, located in the upper part of the chamber, the peripheral input of the secondary flow and an axial branch pipe for discharging the purified gas installed along the axis of the chamber and equipped with a rotational drive of the rotor in the form of a body of revolution, provided with a blade. Dust collector is connected to a fine filter with an integrated fire and explosion safety system for the dust collection process. Filter comprises a frame body with fences, a support part with a dust collecting bin, as well as the inlet and outlet ducts of the filter section of the dust collector with bag-type filters. In the input box there is a collector with injectors, a control unit connected by electronic communication with a common microprocessor, a system for regenerating bag filters with a pulse blowing mechanism, and a temperature sensor. In the dust collector, an emergency dust level sensor is installed, and in the outlet box of the filter section there is installed a thermal automatic sensor-detector, the outputs of which are connected to a common microprocessor. Each of the nozzles of the system provides finely dispersed jets with a possible pulsation of the water flow to increase the fineness of the sprayed flare.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and safety of dust collection by using the built-in fire and explosion safety system.
