SUBSTANCE: device includes connecting part 3 to which second tube 2 is welded and connecting part 5 having profiled cut 4 used for receiving connecting part 3 and connected with first tube 1. Connecting part 5 is made in form of profiled member fitted on first tube 1 and rigidly connected with this tube along one of generatrices of its external cylindrical surface; connecting part 3 ensures additionally radial and longitudinal locking of second tube in at least one direction. Besides that, device includes heat exchanger formed by perpendicular tubes fastened together by means of connection unit.
