FIELD: instruments. SUBSTANCE: device has serial circuit of trapezoid pulse generator 1, measured dipole 2, 3, 4 and operational amplifier 5. Common terminal of dipole 2, 3, 4 and inverting input of operational amplifier 5 are connected to first terminal of dipole 1 with regulation elements 7, 8, 9. Its second output is connected to terminal of operational amplifier 5. Each of two dipoles consists of serial circuit of capacitor and resistor, which are connected in parallel to resistor. Output of operational amplifier 5 is connected to first input of two-input analog adder 10, which second input is connected to first output of generator 1, which is connected to measured dipole. Output of adder is connected through isolating capacitor 11 to first input of zero indicator 12. Its second input (for synchronization) is connected to second output of generator (synchronization output). Target parameters reading starts with clearing of information signal. Balancing is designed as separate dependent variable of constant and linearly alternating component of trapezoid pulse. This results in possibility to eliminate errors caused by input capacitance and resistance of zero indicator to differential input and differential amplification circuit.
