FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: meter of dipole parameters comprises a generator of feed pulse sequences, comprising a rectangular pulse shaper, a switchboard, a synchronisation unit, a power amplifier. The metering circuit of the device includes serially connected resistors, to the common outlet of which the first capacitor is connected, and also the second capacitor connected in parallel to the second resistor. The meter also comprises a non-inverting voltage repeater, an inverting amplifier with a voltage amplification ratio, equal to two, a double-inlet analogue summator, a separating capacitor, a zero indicator. The novelty in the meter of dipole parameter is introduction of linearly varying voltage into the generator of the rectangular pulse shaper, an additional resistor into the metering circuit and variation in connection of the outlet of this metering circuit. The inlet of the pulse shaper of linearly varying voltage is connected to the outlet of the rectangular pulse shaper, and the outlet is connected to the second inlet of the switchboard. The additional resistor is connected between the free outlet of the first capacitor and the common outlet of the first, second resistors and the second capacitor. The outlet of the metering circuit forms the common outlet of the additional resistor and the first capacitor. This outlet is connected to the inlet of the non-inverting voltage repeater.

EFFECT: provision of the possibility to separately balance the metering circuit only by controlled resistors.
