FIELD: measurement equipment.

SUBSTANCE: device includes a series connected pulse generator with change of voltage during duration of pulses as per the law of power functions, a metering circuit, an analogue adder and a null indicator. Also, a bridge measuring device of parameters of bipoles includes sets of elements from a communication line for an informative signal, a communication line for feed pulses from the pulse generator, two additional resistors, an operating amplifier and an analogue adder. At that, one of the outputs of a signal wire of the communication line for informative signal is connected to free output of resistor of the first branch of the measuring circuit; the other output of the same signal wire is connected to an inverting input of the operating amplifier; one of outputs of signal wire of the communication line for feed pulses is connected to a common output of the resistor and capacitor of the first branch of the measuring circuit; the other output of the same signal wire is connected to common output of the first output of pulse generator and resistor of the second branch of the measuring circuit; common output of inductance coil and capacitor of the same second branch is connected to inverting input of the operating amplifier; a non-signal wire of connection lines is connected to earth. The first additional resistor is connected between inverting input and output of the operating amplifier, the second additional resistor is connected between non-inverting input of the operating amplifier and earth. Operating amplifier output is connected to one of two inputs of analogue adder, and the first output of pulse generator is connected to its other input; output of analogue adder is connected to a signal input of the null indicator, and its common bus is earthed.
