FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves taking cutanofascial graft from the lateral surface of the upper one third of the femur with bone graft from the iliac bone wing crest and skin graft on the common vascular pedicle taken at the same time. Blood vessels branching from the deep artery enveloping the iliac bone and coming above the iliac bone wing crest to the lateral skin surface of the upper one third of the femur are additionally selected. The cutanofascial graft is formed on the pedicle. EFFECT: prevented graft necrosis.
