FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves cutting out cutaneosubcutaneous flap from the back surface of a neighboring finger corresponding to the defect in size with dorsal vessels and nerves retained. Then, fascial flap is selected in proximal direction with the same vessels and nerves retained so that flap transfer in the subcutaneous tunnel to the injured surface on the neighboring finger is enabled.
