FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming cutaneosubcutaneous flap on the posteroexternal surface of a forearm. After training, it is lifted and elongated with cuts directed to dorsal surface of the forearm. The area is separated together with fascia and posterior interosseous artery of the forearm feeding it. The artery is in its turn separated to the distal region of the forearm. The cutaneous flap is exsected, cutaneous tunnel is built. The flap is transferred on the vascular limb to the soft tissues defect area. The donor area is covered with local tissues. EFFECT: increased length of the vascular limb; large area covered in recipient zone. 2 dwg
