METHOD AND A SET OF APPLICATORS FOR STIMULATING THE BELLE-MERIDIAN SYSTEM Russian patent published in 2000 - IPC

Abstract RU 2157172 C2

FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves detecting belle-meridians and biologically active points, arranging, fastening , holding and taking off magnetic applicators. Mono- or multi-section rectangular magnetic strips and/or rings and/or rings with central disk and poles of polarity opposite to those of the ring and/or coaxially assembled rings with alternating poles of the ring-shaped magnets and central disk having poles of polarity opposite to those of the adjacent disk or rings without disk are used as the applicators for exerting tonic or inhibiting kind of action upon the belle- meridians and biologically active points depending on magnetic field vector direction of applicator. Acupuncture treatment is applied, in addition to applicator action, to the belle-meridian area or, through ring- shaped applicator openings, to biologically active points. The treatment is applied during several minutes to several days. The rings and corresponding disks of the magnetic applicators set are of equal thickness. Ratio of the greater ring diameter to the corresponding disk opening diameter is equal to 2.0-2.5. The ratio of the greater ring diameter and the corresponding disk diameter to the thickness is equal to 1.5-8.75. The ratio of the greater coaxial ring diameter to that of the lesser one is equal to 1.5-2.0. Proportion relating length, width and thickness is equal to 1:6:7.5. Applicator surfaces adjacent to the belle-meridians and biologically active points are covered with multicolored enamel determining magnet poles of different polarity. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and safety of treatment. 5 cl, 12 dwg
