SUBSTANCE: apparatus has hollow casing, detachable tip with stepped needle channel, needle holder, needle feeding mechanism and screw-type adjusting member. Needle holder is formed as permanent magnet mounted in tip wall so that its end is positioned in common plane with tip inner channel wall of smaller diameter. Needle feeding mechanism has hollow cylinder spring-loaded relative to tip and hollow piston with pusher mounted within cylinder. Piston is spring-loaded relative to screw-type adjusting member connected with casing. Pusher is loosely mounted with its free end in opening of retainer-button, which is spring-loaded relative to tip and is fixed in its cocked position on step formed at inner channel large and small diameter junction. Ratio of smaller diameter channel length and pusher stroke length is 1:1.6 - 2.2. Needle has core with pointed end and handle. Ratio of core and handle length is 1 : 2, ratio of core and handle thickness is 1 : 4.
