SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cylindric sustained-release microtablet with convex or plane faces or bases containing derivatives of β-phenylpropiophenone of the formula (I): β as active component where R is n-propyl or 1,1-dimethypropyl and their pharmacologically acceptable salts and a) height and diameter of microtablet is 1-3 mm and these values are not depend on each of other; b) content of active component in microtablet is 81-99.9 weight % but without of coating weight; tablet has 0.1-5 weight % of lubricant agent and 0-18.9 weight % of other standard accessory substances.
