FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying psychotherapy and pharmacotherapy methods. Antidepressant agents like Coaxyl or Trittiko are administered to the patients as preparation to psychotherapy during 7-10 days. Daily Coaxyl dose is 37.5-50 mg given in three portions. Trittiko is given in the amount of 150-300 mg in two portions. Psychotherapy is carried out by applying personality-oriented (reconstruction) psychotherapy or cognitive psychotherapy, or interpersonal psychotherapy. EFFECT: accelerated treatment course; improved psychic and physical state of the patients.
