FIELD: medicine, immunology. SUBSTANCE: invention proposes to carry out immunotherapy method using thymalin (dose is 10 mg) and lyncomycin hydrochloride (1 ml of 30% solution per 10 ml of erythrocyte mass) adsorbed in autological erythrocytes. After treatment obtained suspensions are administrated without mixing in patient separately. Procedure is repeated every day, treatment course is 3 days, not less. Invention can be used for immune correction of different inflammatory diseases. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of immunotherapy of chronic inflammatory diseases, decreased adverse effect of preparations used. 1 tbl, 2 ex
