Drainage fluid is collected from operation wound during one day and erythrocyte number is counted. Erythrocyte number is concurrently determined in peripheral blood of the patient. Postoperative blood loss is calculated from formula , where V_b is the Postoperative blood loss in ml/day, V_d is the drainage fluid volume in ml/day, Э_pb is the erythrocyte number in peripheral blood. EFFECT: simple and objective method.
