FIELD: organic chemistry. SUBSTANCE: described is composition for removing organic contaminants based on oxyethylated monoethanol amide of synthetic fatty acids, sodium metasilicate, sodium tripolyphosphate and water. Composition further comprises polyoxyethylene glycol ester of synthetic fatty C10-C18 with ethylation degree of 10%, carbomethyl, cellulose and potassium salt of dialkyl (C8-C10) phosphoric acid, ratios of components being as follows, wt %: polyoxyethylated monoethanol amide of synthetic fatty C10-C18 with ethylation degree of 5%, 0.02- 0.08; polyoxyethylene glycol esters of synthetic primary fatty C10-C18 alcohols with ethylation degree of 10%, 0.03- 0.15; sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.2-0.12; sodium metasilicate, 0.02-0.11; carbomethyl cellulose, 0.0005- 0.002; potassium salt of dialkyl C8-C10 phosphoric acid, 0.003-0.015; and water, the balance.
