FIELD: cleansing agents. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to cleansing metallic and polymeric surfaces and human and animal skin from organic and bacterial pollutions. Indicated composition has the following components, wt. %: synthetic fatty acid of fraction C₁₀-C₁₈ polyoxyethylated monoethanolamide, with ethylation degree 5%, 0.005-0.28; sodium metasilicate, 0.003-0.19; sodium tripolyphosphate, 0.003-0.24; carboxymethyl-cellulose, 0.0002-0.004; synthetic fatty acid of fraction C₁₀-C₁₈ polyoxyethylene glycol ester with degree of ethylation 10%, 0.015-0.29 and water, up to 100% with use of mineralized water or water containing silver ions. Invention can be used in machine engineering industry, repair and service of any kind of transport, public and municipal utilities, agriculture, medicine and curative-prophylactic medicinal establishments.
