FIELD: biotechnology, experimental microbiology. SUBSTANCE: enzymes are converted to the solid-phase state by reaction of complex formation with molecular iodine and potassium iodide. Their aqueous solutions are used as immobilizing agents that remain in composition of solid-phase complexes. Enzyme activity after their immobilization is 70-87% of control value and enzymes retain activity for 1 month. Invention can be used in medicine for preparing preparations where enzymes are bound with iodine for design of biological filters. EFFECT: improved method of preparing, high activity of immobilized enzymes.
