Myoglobin concentration being 168±4.4 ng/ml, primary muscular dystrophy is to be diagnosed. Myoglobin concentration being 106±2.6 ng/ml, secondary muscular dystrophy is to be diagnosed. EFFECT: accelerated low cost method.
