FIELD: experimental microbiology, laser medicine and technique. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to technology of stable vital "compulsory" labeling microorganisms by "photosensitizing" agent. Method involves making the label-sensitizing agent on surface of live microorganism cell by carrying out chelating reaction between microorganism polypeptides, polysaccharides, lipids and phosphotungstic acid or ammonium molybdate and N,N,N',N'-tetramethyl chloride. Compulsatory sensitization of cells by the above indicated chelates results to 100% biodestruction of all studied microorganisms.
