FIELD: drilling and running of wells. SUBSTANCE: invention can specifically be used to intensify inflow of pool fluid, cleaning of filtering part of wells, to remedy seizure of pipes in wells and to improve quality of grouting of casing strings in wells. Process provides for increased efficiency thanks to generation of vibrations without pumping through of fluid and to possibility of control over parameters of vibrations. Process involves lowering of striker on flexible suspension into string of pipes with fluid and excitation of its radial vibrations with transfer of lateral impacts to string. In this case striker or strikers with maximum cross-section which relation to internal section of string lies within limits of 0.9-0.98 are placed into string. Radial periodic vibrations of striker are formed thanks to its axial movement in string with velocity chosen from condition of transfer of required force on to string. Device for realization of process includes string of pipes partially or completely filled with fluid, striker placed into string and limiter of axial displacement of striker. Other end of flexible suspension is anchored across well-head for axial movement of striker or strikers in string. EFFECT: increased efficiency of process and device. 30 cl, 12 dwg
