FIELD: hydromechanics. SUBSTANCE: device has a body with shape channel for fluid exit and a barrier on the way of the flow. Barrier is moveable in radial direction. Nozzle hollow in axial direction is separated on two chambers by a wall. Moveable barrier in its end position covers an exiting cross-section of one of said chambers. Barrier is made in form of a sphere or a cylinder having one or several degrees of freedom of radial displacement. Moveable barrier covers common cross-section of nozzle channel for no less than 80%.
