SUBSTANCE: buster pump plant that feeds gas-and-fluid mixture with high content of gas into ring clearance of well is included into circuit of production of fluid hydrocarbons. Arrangement of tubing string incorporates well chambers with starting valves and jet-type hydraulic pump operating on gas and fluid mixture with high content of gas . Starting valves operate when certain pressure is reached. Internal space of tubing string is separated from ring space by packer. With reduction of pressure of fluid column above starting valves overflow of gas-and-fluid mixture to space of tubing string is allowed through jet-type hydraulic pump only. EFFECT: effective usage of production capabilities of high-discharge water-encroached wells and diminished expenses for production of fluid hydrocarbons. 1 dwg
