Base is mounted on a wall of jacket and is designed as board. Jacket is designed as rectangular case with open electric circuit. Ends of half walls of jacket are connected by means of plate, which is made from hard dielectric material. Inductance coil has frame, which is made from hard dielectric material and carries window.
