FIELD: medicine; medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: method involves subjecting living biological tissues to low intensity quasi- monochromatic radiation in visible and proximal infrared bandwidth of small width. High frequency electromagnetic field is concurrently applied. The electromagnetic field is created by sinusoid signal in frequency bandwidth of 100 - 1000 kHz and modulated with low frequency signal belonging to bandwidth of 10-1000 Hz using radiator designed as oscillation circuit. The device has base, casing cover, M photodiodes and luminous power source. Inductive radiator has winding mounted in the casing, high frequency auto-oscillator to the circuit of which inductive radiation winding is connected via capacitor and modulator unit input leads of which are connected to high frequency oscillator. Output leads are connected to auto-oscillator circuit. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. 3 cl, 3 dwg
