FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves temporarily closing anterior abdominal wall defect. Organs protruded due to eventration are immersed into the abdominal cavity. Flap from flexible material is sutured to muscular aponeurotic edge with maximum tension. The flap is to be removed later on. Plastic operation is carried out on the anterior abdominal wall. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; reduced number of repeated operations. 5 dwg
