FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to surgery. In order to diagnose visceroabdominal disproportion tube is introduced into urinary bladder with patient being in horizontal on back position with eventration of organs of abdominal cavity. First, all urine is discharged from urinary bladder, after which urinary bladder cavity is filled with sterile liquid in dose 1 ml per 1 kg per body weight of newborn baby. Hydraulic pressure is measured. If hydraulic pressure is from 10 mm to 15 mm Hg mild degree is diagnosed, if pressure is from 15 to 20 mm Hg - middle degree and if pressure is 20 mm Hg and higher - severe degree of intra-abdominal hypertension is diagnosed. Hydraulic pressure is measured at each stage of submersion of eventrated organs into abdominal cavity. Depending on level of intra-abdominal hypertension, degree of visceroabdominal disproportion expression is diagnosed.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose degree of visceroabdominal disproportion expression intraoperationally.
