FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has inferior container 1 and superior container with valve 9 having holding means of the inferior container. Tubular sleeve 15 is mounted in the superior container. The sleeve has its end in a member shaped as truncated cone 20 sealed with cover having a safety sealing member to enable cover 23 to screw over, after the sealing member is destroyed as a result of the lower portion 28 of the superior container being partially damaged, without stopping mixing the substances. The valve has two ring-shaped ribs 10 and groove provided with two ring-shaped edges 3 and 4, both having groove of inferior container 1 to form non-rotatable reliable connection with no leakage. Tubular sleeve 15 has spiral edge for smoothly and carefully cutting inferior part 28. Outlet opening of medical dropper is shaped as truncated cone to facilitate hollow cylindrical central pin, engageable with the cover, to be inserted. Safety sealing member 24 has a number of flexible wings bending in the course of sealing process preventing in this way from sealing member deformation.
