FIELD: packaging industry.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to an apparatus comprising body (4) forming internal volume (9) for receiving a liquid, powdery or pasty composition intended for movement into a container having a neck with a thread, wherein said device has skirt (10) provided with a thread corresponding to the thread of neck (2) of said container, and shutter (8) connected to the inner surface of said body (4) by means of a substantially annular peripheral region, and characterized in that it has discontinuity line (12) located between said peripheral region (13) and said shutter (8), wherein said annular peripheral region (13) is configured to rest on upper surface (16) of bottle neck (2) while screwing skirt (10) onto the neck of the container to cause at least partial destruction of said line (12) discontinuity.
