FIELD: material handling facilities; mixing, breaking and transferring liquid media. SUBSTANCE: proposed centrifugal pump has housing, inlet and outlet branch pipes, stator and closed-type impeller consisting of two disks installed at definite distance from each other, with blades fitted in between. To build static head, blades are made in form of right-angle prism with curvilinear triangle in base. Triangle is formed by three arcs one of which is curved inwards. Blades and disks form common structure of impeller serving as rotor. Pump is provided with stator formed by two round races with blades in between in form of right-angle prism with curvilinear tetragon in base. Tetragon is formed by three straight lines and arc of circumference curved inwards the tetragon and forming common structure of stator. Blade-to-blade space "a" of rotor adjoining the stator is equal to stator blade-to-blade space "b". EFFECT: accelerated process of material breaking and intensified mixing of different suspensions. 2 dwg
