FIELD: engines and pumps.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to the pump engineering and may be used during construction of submerged pumps for the lifting of liquids with mechanical impurities from wells. The centrifugal pump runner contains a cover and an impeller with blades (1, 2, 3, 4) secured between them with the formation of alternating flow-through interblade channels (13, 14) and non-flow-through interblade channels (15, 16). In the non-flow-through channels (15, 16), baffles (5, 6, 7, 8) are located, each of which is connected to the lateral surfaces of the pair of neighbor blades (2, 3 and 1, 4). In each of the non-flow-through channels (15, 16), two solid baffles, internal baffles (5, 7) and external baffles (6, 8), are located relatively to the impeller hub. Each of the baffles (5, 6, 7, 8) is performed solid and connected to the pair of neighbor blades (2, 3 and 1, 4) by its edges with the formation of the plugged from two sides non-flow-through interblade channel (15, 16), respectively.
EFFECT: invention is directed to prevention of rapid wear, unbalancing, and blocking of the runner with mechanical impurities, reduction and stabilization of power supply by a drive motor within the limits of its available capacity, and provision of the possibility for successful operation of marginal petroleum and other wells.
