SUBSTANCE: shutter includes housing with guiding vertical ribs and carriage mounted with possibility of moving along said guiding ribs until rest by means of spindle. Carriage has ducts. In horizontal duct of carriage shaft of disc is mounted. In other duct lever is mounted. End portions of lever provide fixation of position of carriage relative to housing. Ends of lever are arranged in recesses. Lead nut mounted on threaded portion of spindle is arranged in vertical duct of carriage. Shaft of disc has inclined surfaces joined with reciprocal surfaces according to tenon and mortise type of joint. Lever is arranged in horizontal duct of carriage.
