SUBSTANCE: portable device has case with conduit for measured flow coming in the form of two diffusers and contraction placed between them. Holes to tap pressure with measurement tubes surrounded with bearing column that carries installation scale linked to them are situated in points of maximum and minimum cross-sections of conduit. EFFECT: device demonstrates increased accuracy of measurement of flow rate, compactness and simplified manufacture. 4 dwg
