FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves evaluating blood plasma and urine luminescence level at the time a patient is admitted in hospital, at the sixth-seventh day after beginning the treatment and at the twelfth- fourteenth day after his being dismissed from the hospital. When evaluating optical sum of blood plasma luminescence level, the reference value is taken to be 17.5 ± 3.2 conditional units, that of the urine is equal to 29.2 ± 1.6 conditional units. Blood plasma luminescence level optical sum reduction by 10-30% and urine optical sum reduction by 10- 20% is to be interpreted as insufficient effectiveness of inflammatory medical abortion complications treatment, prolonged clinical manifestations of the inflammatory process and physiotherapy and drug therapy corrections are considered to be advisable. Further drop of blood plasma and urine luminescence level optical sum being found to take place at the twelfth-fourteenth day is interpreted as inflammatory process coming into chronic stage with no signs of recovery. Further cure and rehabilitation measures are to be administered. The initial level being found as unchanged or insignificantly changed, the treatment tactics is considered to be the right one. The inflammatory process is arrested in short time and does not take recurrent development mode. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness and acceleration of treatment course.
