SUBSTANCE: in a sample of peripheral venous blood in teenagers one should detect relative content of CD16-positive lymphocytes before the onset of mini-abortion at 4-6-wk-long pregnancy and at their values being equal to 17% and higher one should predict hematometra. The innovation provides earlier prediction of hematometra that enables to start prophylaxis of the above-mentioned complication in due time.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
