FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring blood plasma and urine chemiluminescence before and at the second day after abortion. Normal level of plasma luminescence being retained at 17.5±3.2 conditional units value and normal level of urine luminescence being retained at 20.2 ± 1.6 conditional units at the second day after abortion, low risk of inflammation complications is predicted. Plasma luminescence sum is reduced by 10-30%, and that of the urine is reduced by 10-20% when compared to a reference normal level, moderate level of risk is to be predicted . Plasma luminescence sum is reduced by more then 30%, and that of the urine is reduced by more then 20%, when compared to the reference normal level, high level of risk is to be predicted. EFFECT: high reliability of prognosis. 2 tbl
