FIELD: TV equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has analog-to-digital converter, digital demultiplexer, which provides detection of digital compressed TV signal from input digital flow, digital decoder of coefficients of reverse discrete cosine transform and movement compensation, digital unit for generation of color TV signal, and digital-to-analog converter. Goal of invention is achieved by introduced first digital filter, digital subtraction unit, which generate high-frequency constituent of color TV signal, second digital filter, which provides Hilbert conversion of high-frequency constituent of color TV signal, digital generator of periodic bipolar pulse sequence, which provides generation of digital signals which has amplitudes of 0,1,0,-1 and rate of intermediate frequency image carrier signal. In addition device has first digital multiplier, digital delay gate for 3 clock cycles delay, second digital multiplier, first digital adder, third digital multiplier, which produces AM signal of low-frequency constituent of color TV signal, and second digital adder, which produces AM color TV signal with partly suppressed side band.
