FIELD: radio electronic equipment. SUBSTANCE: device has cabinet with housing, stationary and rotating frames, which are split into identical number of compartments. Compartments of frames carry removable units, which are connected by means of commutation boards to sockets on inner connections. In addition device has inner wiring for communication between commutation boards. Housing of cabinet is made from two members, which are connected to each other. Stationary and rotating members of cabinet are designed as respective frames. Stationary frame is equipped with removable wiring assembly, which is designed as closed trough, which is embedded into inner perimeter of front piece of stationary frame and carries inner wiring for communication between commutation boards. Wiring assembly is electrically connected to inner communication sockets of commutation boards of both frames using cap flanges.
