Three- dimensional position of information receiving and processing system with respect to displaying system and real positions of those systems are controlled by means of operator or using automatic monitoring and control system, as well by means of joint operations of operator and automatic monitoring and control system. Device eliminates restriction on complexity of geometric shapes and number of effects with respect to used algorithms and software, technical problems, which are caused by need to store information, as well as increased range of kaleidoscopic effects.
