FIELD: concentration of minerals; flotation of pulp in various chemical and technological processes. SUBSTANCE: floatation machine includes chamber, aeration unit with impeller arranged inside blades stator which is made in form of truncated cone connected with hollow shaft and provided with projections on its lateral surface; lower base of this cone is directed downwards; disk with central hole and radial blades is arranged above cone. Stator is provided with upper and lower rings; stator is mounted in chamber at clearance between lower ring and bottom of chamber. Diameter of inner hole of lower ring is lesser than diameter of inner hole of upper ring. Outer diameter of lower ring is either equal to or is more than outer diameter of upper ring. Disk and radial blades are fully made from elastomer material whose hardness exceeds Shore hardness number 30. Stator made from elastomer material is provided with skeleton located at distance of no less than ? of blade length from inner edge of stator blade. EFFECT: enhanced reliability and durability of machine. 2 cl, 1 dwg
